Guided Practices

Welcome to some yoga practices to try at home on your own. These sessions are for anyone – whether you’re a beginner, not particularly flexible, or just looking for a relaxed, non-judgmental way to move your body. Grab your mat, wear whatever feels comfortable, and follow along at your own pace. No pressure, just yoga.
